by placing an order you agree to the following terms, these also apply if you're using one of my gfxs as your profile picture:

- Please make sure you're wearing the correct avatar while I'm making your GFX. (I won't redo the render(s) if I already made it/them)- Please keep in mind that I'm not going to make any changes once you've accepted my work. (I offer to change anything you don't like about the background when I deliver it, this also applies when I send you the renders)- I will deliver your GFX in less than one week but if you take too long to respond it might take longer. (I will also give you a possible delivery date but it doesn't mean that it's 100% going to be delivered that day since I have a life outside of socials and I have things to do)- I don't have rigs with costume body packages but if you're using one please change it, this doesn't apply to basic pfps and element renders. (I use softy rigs which include the classic roblox packages such as woman rig, blocky rig, 2.0 rig, ect. but if you want I can make you a costume rig if you buy the prop/extra avatar addon)- If you want your avatar's 3D clothing to be included you'll have to buy an extra gamepass. (if it's a plushy I could use it as a free prop)- If you want an extra prop/avatar you'll have to buy an extra gamepass. (prop/avatar gamepass ofc)- No refunds since you'll get the 40% of your robux due to roblox's tax & you'll have to wait for 1 - 2 weeks for the robux to pend!- Don't pay me in please donate. Use my gamepasses or your group to pay! I only get the 60% if you pay in plz donate. If you do you'll have to buy my extra prop/avatar gamepass. (I won't add an extra prop or anything it's just so I can get my robux)- Don't claim that you made the work yourself, please credit me and if you didn't commission the gfx and just stole it you'll have to change your profile picture asap unless you want to get blacklisted or copyrighted.- I might post the process of your gfx as a speed gfx for videos or use your avatar in thumbnails, I also have the rights to post your gfx on my socials since it's my work.- Please accept my friend requests so I can do your commission, if you don't I won't make it, you have a 48 hour claimtime. (I won't be able to ask you about the gfx or send you the finished product)- Please don't rush me & use appropriate language. (I might be busy, I also have a life)- Please respond while I update you on your gfx, it doesn't have to be instant but please do!- I don't respond at night! (more than 6 pm est. which is really late in my timezone)

- Click on the shopping cart to go to my gfx commissions form and order whatever you want from there, I do my orders through discord and email, I don't do them in any other contact apps !!
